I’m a wife, coach, choreographer, mentor, speaker—and a proud former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader of four unforgettable seasons.
My time on the field was filled with purpose and passion, but now I’m stepping boldly into my next chapter.
At my core, I’m a storyteller.
I graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in News and Media Studies and a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media, which ignited my love for connecting with people through meaningful conversations, movement, and media.
Whether I’m coaching dancers, mentoring young women, or hosting heart-to-heart chats, I believe every interaction is a chance to inspire.
I am a huge believer that your mental preparation is more important than your physical preparation. Not only are we focusing on your confidence but we focus on who you want to be. Whether navigating auditions, leadership roles, or life in general; Im here to walk beside you every step of the way.
I would love to come in and choreograph for you or your team!
Dance: solos, small groups, team dances, or combo classes
Cheer: sidelines or halftime routines

As a choreographer, I work with dancers of all levels from tiny toes to collegiate hopefuls helping them grow in confidence and shine on any stage.
And while I loved performing on the sidelines of AT&T Stadium, my dream is to one day step in front of the camera as a TV host or red carpet correspondent, sharing stories that matter and uplifting voices that deserve to be heard.
Outside of work, I live by the Four F’s—Faith, Family, Friends, and Fun. I love soaking in quality time with my husband and our ‘Big Three’ pups, creating lifestyle content, and adding joy to everyday moments.
We will discuss the changes you wish to see and which coaching package suits your needs.
We will set goals and create a roadmap to help you reach your goals.
We’ll implement proven strategies and identify specific steps to empower you and create the life you truly desire!
Taking privates with KayDianna has honestly been such a blessing. KayDianna has this special gift of being able to teach and fill the room with love and empathy. She doesn't just teach dance, she pours her whole heart and soul into every session and makes you feel so seen and supported. She truly takes the time out of her day to focus on you even outside of the studio. Her kindness, patience and love for what she does always shines through. I've personally grown so much as a dancer and as a person through her guidance. She truly radiates God's light in the way she teaches and cares for her dancers.
